Return and Change Policy

Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)

1. The Customer has the right to cancel the order - purchase and sale transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the customer sends a cancellation statement to the email address info @, indicating the order number he wishes to cancel. Otherwise, he can call 210 - 5128033, Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 17:00. Electric Rev will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by credit of his credit card, only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the customer. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.

Change of products after delivery

2. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he is able to request the change of the purchased product-products. In this case, the customer can send an email to the email address, info @, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice or call 210 - 5128033 on the aforementioned days and hours.
3. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the customer will be notified, by e-mail or by phone, to proceed with a new payment process (to pay the difference). If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, then Electric Rev will credit customer the difference according to what is listed below.

Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

4. If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he further has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid, as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right to withdraw from a sale). In this case, customer must send an e-mail to Electric Rev, info @, requesting the return of the product, to refund the paid price. In case of withdrawal, the customer will be charged with additional costs for the return of the product to the headquarters of the company.
Upon receipt of the product from Electric Rev, and within fourteen (14) calendar days, the total amount of purchases will be refunded to the customer's card if the products are in good condition. Customer is responsible for any impairment of the products because of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

5. Any request for change or return of product must be sent within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of fourteen (14) calendar days are accepted only in case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

6. Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (eg on product accessories).

Condition of returned products

7. The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at customer's expense. The product must be returned (for a refund or change) in their original condition, complete and intact and with their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not have been worn, used, altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product and must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

8. The products to be returned or to be exchanged are sent at customer's expense.
9. For each product that is returned or for which a change is requested, the customer must receive a copy of the original purchase receipt upon shipment.

Conditions for returning products.

10. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, Electric Rev is entitled to either (a) consider that the right to change or return has not been validly exercised, and therefore not accept the return, or change of the product, or (b) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, worn or used) to accept the change or return and at the same time to claim compensation from the customer according to the value of the defects of the returned product.
11. In case the product received by the customer is proven to be defective from its manufacture, then: for products such as bicycles, spare parts, clothing and footwear accessories, protectors, accessories, he can request their replacement with the same, without additional charge transport or with another product of his choice and / or the issuance of a credit invoice, or interest-free refund of the money paid if the product he wants to replace is not available, provided that he will send the relevant electronic order to info @, or will report it to 210 - 5128033 no later than five (5) days after receipt.

Price of return

12. Once Electric Rev receives a request for a refund or product change and if the above conditions are met, it will credit the customer's credit card with the relevant amount. Seven (7) working days are usually required to process the request and complete the credit registration. The customer will be notified as soon as the return / change request has been fully processed. In the case provided above that Electric Rev is entitled to compensation for defects of returned products will have the right to offset the relevant amount of compensation with the price to be returned.
