Electric Rev guarantees that the customer will receive exactly the products he has ordered as he has filled them in the order form.
In case, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied, Electric Rev team undertakes to solve and repair any problem that has been caused.
Product Shipments
1. Product shipments are made throughout Greece.
2. FREE shipping for all orders over 80€!
3. Shipments of goods are made according to their volume, weight and place of destination, with either courier companies or transport companies. In some areas, shipping companies do not deliver at home. In this case the customer will need to pick up his order from the branch of the courier company in his area, after their own notice.
4. Bicycles are sent by cash on delivery only within Attica. In the rest of Greece, bicycle shipments are made with a transport company after the order has been paid.
5. For orders less than 80€, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. In case of cash on delivery, the total cost will be indicated in the corresponding field of the customer's order form, when sending the order confirmation. In all other cases costumer will be notified by the respective transport company upon delivery of the products. For questions about the cost of shipping to your area, Electric Rev is available to the customer.
6. In case the customer wishes to send his order with a specific courier company, he should mention it when completing his order. Otherwise, Electric Rev must be informed either electronically or by telephone.
7. The delivery time within Attica is estimated at two to three (2-3) working days from the day of sending the order and up to seven (7) working days to all other regions of the country.
8. In case of purchase of a bicycle, the bicycle is shipped checked and regulated by the authorized workshop of Electric Rev, ready to use so that the factory warranty is valid, fully packed (in a box) and almost fully assembled (customer must install the handlebar), accompanied by its corresponding service book.
9. Shipments abroad are made only after the payment of the order and with a courier company that will be selected and notified to Electric Rev by the customer. In case of shipping abroad, the shipping cost is fully borne by the customer. In this case, free shipping on orders over 80€ are not valid. Estimated shipping time is up to fourteen (14) working days.
10. Electric Rev bears no responsibility for any delays on the part of the courier company.

12. In case of refusal of receipt, Electric Rev has every right to charge the customer in full for the shipping costs.
